The following describes the terminology used in Vto.


"Drill Down"The term "Drill Down" displayed as a pencil or i (for information) icon means to drill down to the underlying information.
"Reverse"The term Reverse relates to reversing any allocated payments related to a sector.
"Check Box"A Check Box is displayed as  this option allows for multiple items to be selected.
"Radio Button"A Radio Button is displayed as  this option allows selection of a single item only in the region where displayed.
"Sector"The term Sector relates to the Line Item (Sector) for a particular Trip.
"Pax"
The term Pax is short for Passenger or in some cases Companion
"Lead Pax"All trip must have a Lead Passenger  (this give you a reference point for any trip
"Charge To"Charge To is the Person OR Company that is Paying for the Travel
"Product"The term Product relates to the Carrier Code e.g. VA
"Supplier"The term Supplier relates to the entity (Creditor) you are buying the Product from e.g. Virgin Australia
"Supplier Creditor"The term supplierCreditor relates to the entity (Company Credit Card) you may be paying the a group of Supplier with e.g. you may be paying Air Tickets AND other Supplier/s in the one payment
"CCCF"The term CCCF relates to a method of payment by the Client to the Consolidator (Supplier) in reality is stands for "Client Credit Charged Forward"
"Refund"

The term Refund relates to a transaction between the Agency and The Client (Refund an over-payment or Credit)


A Refund from a Supplier is processed as a "Receipt" in the Supplier Payments Module or taken up as a Credit when making a Supplier Payment.


"Allocation"The term Allocation relates to how receipts from a Client are applied (Allocated) to a trip or trips.
"Undo / Reverse Allocation"The term Undo Allocation relates to how we REVERSE receipts from a Client that have been applied (Allocated) to a trip or trips.
"File Transfer"The term File Transfer relates to what may be done with unallocated client funds (Transfer from one Trip to Another for a Different Client)
"TakeUp Funds"

The term "TakeUp Funds" relates to a method of payment already Receipted or Paid out  in your prior Mid/Back Office system


"ACM"ADM is the acronym for Agency Credit Memo
"ADM"ACM is the acronym for Agency Debit Memo
