In Vto Ultimate it you can add notes and reminders which can be viewed or printed in -trip
When making any changes to the sector data add a note to enable other users to see what you intended by your actions
The Notes / Reminders label displays in RED if and when notes or reminders are present in the trip
Generic Notes
can be used to store notes about the file OR can be used to record Payment Schedules and the like which can then be attached to any outbound client document
Notes are printable and can NOT be deleted
Extra Notes
are only accessible for users with the Groups or Wholesale Module - Extra notes populate the Groups - Manifests Reports
Reminders
reminders added to the trip are always visible in-trip and automatically add to the Top tool Bar reminders display
