There is a new Option in the forms Zone under FORM OPTIONS
To display a Package Name you need to select the Option
Otherwise the sectors will display without the Package Name but with the line items Pricing Packaged
The Option in the FOR OPTIONS box "Show reference number on Itinerary" controls displaying the Ticket Number/seat Number etc - by default Quotes are deselected and Active trips are pre selected - YOU can choose to override those settings
